Skizze auf die Ansicht und dann mit Spline, hätte ich spontan gedacht, aber gibt es auch eine andere Methode. Ich will eigentlich Führungllinientext hervorheben und dieser ist ja nicht an der Ansicht fixiert.

Es gibt in Inventor sogenannte Bonus Tools. Hier sind ein paar "Goodies" versteckt.
Diese werden nicht direkt mit installiert, sondern sind etwas versteckt auf der Festplatte.

Bei IV 2008 war das das Installationsverzeichnis von Inventor und der Ordner "SDK"
Bei IV 2011 ist es "öffentliche Dokumente/Autodes/Inventor2011/SDK"
Bei IV 2011 gibt es dort zwei Optionen. Einmal "Entwickler-Tools" und einmal "User-Tools", verpackt in eine msi-Datei.

Hier der Auszug aus der Readme-Datei: Revision Cloud
    This command allows to create revision clouds.  Activating this command will allow picking points on the active
    sheet that determine the shape of the revision cloud. The preview of the cloud will be displayed as the points
    are selected. The context menu has options to control the shape of the cloud, the cloud arc direction, backing up
    to the last point, close and finish the cloud, and restart the cloud. When the cloud is finally created, it will
    be placed as a new drawing sketch which contains the sketch curve entities that constitute the cloud. Each cloud
    that is created will be placed on a new sketch.

Wie das bei IV 2010 war kann ich die leider nicht sagen. Schau mal in beide Verzeichnisse oder suche mal unter "SDK".
