This add in is a tool to precisely position (move/rotate) unconstrained
assembly components. The tool uses the familiar 3D Move/Rotate dialog to
move and rotate one or more selected components. See the installed pdf file
for instructions.

There are a few issues with this add-in, thus the 0.9 version. A couple of
IV API defects (without current workarounds) place some limits on the use of
the add-in (see pdf). In addition, the add-in installs without error on W2K
systems but the program does not work, even though it is shown as loaded (trying to find a fix).
