Hi there,

Is there a way to show dimensions when working on a model view of a 3D layout (Pro Panel). For instance: I have a 3D layout of my enclosure and I generate the 2D views (Model Views) to show just the wire ducts and DIN rails. How do I show the dimensions for locating them on the backplate so the guys in the shop don't have to "re-invent the wheel"? If I just add dimensions to the model views for some reason they become part of the model view itself (like grouped together with my 2D representation) and I am afraid that later on when I update my 3D layout they will not be updated. Is there a better way to deal with this? Any thoughts?

I don't have Eplan at the moment but you can try the following:

For every Model View you can set properties to be visible in your layout. Eplan "knows" the measurements of your drawn ducts and rails. Maybe it is possible to include these into your settings of visible properties (directly or via project bloc properties)
