That's a good question. Have you asked your local eplan support yet? It's a little difficult to explain different things to you in english because we don't know the translation of the eplan P8 menu. I'm sorry that i can't help you this way. Greets

Hey g7235723, have a look in your Online Help menü and search for Excel. In the german online help you will find
a entry called "Externe Bearbeitung: Vorlagen für Excel" in English something like "external treatment: templates for Excel". There you will find some explanations how things in principal work.

Hi, i did "play" a little bit with the templates and got the same errors like u. Think, it could be better to ask your support. You have an english eplan support ?
If the results with the template "EditPropertiesExternal.xls" are o.k., why do you want to use another template? Thats a thing i don't understand jet. Greetz

Hi,all. Now I can answer the question by myself. You can use these templates in two different ways. The "Terminal_diagramm.xls" ,you can use it in REPORT.
(Utilities/Reports/Labeling/Settings...) and "Template_EditPropertiesExternal.xls ",you can use it in
(Utilities/Edit properties externally/Export functions) Young
