as first, thank you for reading in english!

I'm new to Modeling, and I'm finding first difficulties.

One of them is:
Is there a quick way to find a part in the assembly tree, by clicking on it in the graphic area?
In my mainly used cad (solid edge) I do:
right clink on the part in the graphic area-->scroll to part-->the assembly tree is expanded till the selected part.

I was looking for something similar in modeling, due to the fact that assemblies are made of several thousands of part and it is very difficult to find what I'm looking for inside them!

Is there a macro for that in the cad.de/cocreate section? Unfortunately I don't speak german so I can't search in that area.

Hello Alessandro,
which version of the OSDM do you have? Since OSDM 2006 (Rev. 14) you can find the part by clicking on it. Please see the attached picture. Open the search filter and mark "durch klicken". Now you can highlight and find your part by clicking on.
