das geht leider (um nicht zu sagen *#ß%$# 
) nicht. Benutzerdefinierte Bohrungspositionsnummern (so ähnlich wie bei den Stücklisten positionen) sind nicht vorgesehen.
Das erste Mal ein Verbesserungsvorschlag dazu gab es von mir schon in der 2004 Beta, als die Bohrungstabellen eingeführet wurden, weil wir diese Tabellen sehr oft brauchen. Aber leider bisher und auch in näherer Zukunft) wohl nichts neues dazu.
Vielleicht hilft es, wenn du auch einen solchen Verbesserungsvorschlag machst, ich schrieb dir mal hier einfach hin, was ich in der Beta und hinterher noch einmal dazu geschrieben habe (die ersten 3 Punkte beziehen sich eben auf die Nummerierung):
1. Option to reset numbers to refill gaps
If you accidentally or intentionally delete the hole IDs these numbers are not reused (there is a gap in the numbering scheme). If you readd this holes to the table the complete numbering is recalculated. If you want to have a clean numbering back you have to delete the hole table and do it over again. Not very productive
2. Function to retain manually overritten
Until there are more flexible numbering functions it would be essential to retain manually changed hole ID. I can now access the hole ID text properties and change the numbers, the next time the drawing is rebuild it is reverted to the standard number.
Anmerkung: Das wurde in der 2004 Beta für die Vollversion dadurch gelöst, dass man jetzt nicht mehr manuell die Nummern überschreiben kann 
3. More flexible custom numbering schemes are essential.
It is necessary to have more flexible numbering schemes and in addition to hopefully powerful automatic ways.
These includes:
- numbering from small to large holes
- large to small
- numbering from position (top left to lower right, etc.)
- custom grouping (within rectangle, circle or closed line, selected holes, etc.)
- style grouping (hole, tapped holes, countersink, counterbore, others)
- manual grouping and numbering
- exclude (and re-includes) numbers from numbering schemes (
- numbering scheme for grouped holes (standard, alphabetic (A.1 like it is now) or numeric group number 1.1 ... 1.12
