zur Information: Es gibt das Tool xNotes welches die Erstellung/Ablage/Verwaltung von Schriftfeldeinträgen über Lotus Notes ermöglicht.

Natürlich ist das nur etwas für Notes Anwender, die kein PDM System einsetzen oder deren PDM System eine solche Lösung zulässt.  Unter der u.a. URL gibts eine kostenlose Demoversion.

Vielleicht kann ja jmd. etwas damit anfangen.
