Das wird im LicenceAgreement, Punkt 1 beantwortet:

License Grant.  This License permits You to use one copy of the Program on any single computer solely for your own personal non-commercial requirements.  IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PROGRAM BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES, FOR INDUSTRY TRAINING COURSES OR PROGRAMS, OR BY THIRD PARTIES (OR ON BEHALF OF THIRD PARTIES) WITHOUT THE EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT OF PTC.  You hereby acknowledge that the Pro/ENGINEER Student Edition is not compatible and does not interface with PTC's commercial version of Pro/ENGINEER.  This License permits you to make only one back-up copy for archival purposes for use only in the event the Program is damaged or destroyed.  Any permissible copies must retain all of PTC's proprietary and copyright notices.  Except as authorized under this section, no copies of the Program or any portions thereof may be made.  The enclosed user documentation ("Documentation") may not be copied.
