nach einigem Suchen für einen Kunden bin ich auf folgende Lösung gestossen. Vorteil: die feder rotiert um einen beliebigen 3d-spline und ist voll parametrisch.

Hi,
Use the following method to create a phone wire.
Create a 3D spline that will represent the center axis of the phone wire.
(the axis is not passing through the wire but around this the helix will be created)
-create a datum plane at the end of the spline
- in datum plane creation dialog box, select the spline first
the select the end of the spline.
Cycle through the option till it is normal to spline.
- create a sketch on this datum plane
- Create a line in the sketch which will represent the radius of the helical
shape
Create the following expression
t=1
number_of_turns=50 ( u can specify the same to ur requirments)
ft=t*number_of_turns*360
-Create a swept freeform feature
- use the 3D spline as guide string
-Use sketch line as section string
-use default alignment method
-use angular law for orientation
-use by equation for the law
-use t as the parameter expression
-use ft as the function expression
-use a constant for scaling method
-use 1 as scale factor
This will create a spiral sweep feature
Now use the outer edge of the spiral sweep to create a tube feature which will be
your phone wire.
U can blank the spiral sweep feature to view the actual phone wire.
Hope this solves ur problem.
