Good afternoon, guys. I had mentioned at PTC that I am experiencing a continuing problem with ProE and Intralink 3.1/3.2/3.3/3.4. This is where, after using Pro for a while, and then working within the Intralink browser, ProE quietly exits. This is happening to our users at least 3 times a day and is something that PTC has not been able to reproduce or resolve. I have had a call open for this since June of 2004 - C4231506. I've sent in dozens of trail and traceback.log files but haven't heard from PTC on this for at least 9 months. I know from many other users that we are not alone. Anyone experiencing this issue, please open a call with Tech Support so that this can receive the attention it deserves. One thing you can do is to add to the Environmental Variables in Control Panel the setting ALLOW_CRASH and set the value to TRUE. (Start>Control Panel>System>Advanced Tab>Environmental Variables). This will at least bring up a dialog upon the exit and allow you to create the file traceback.log which PTC can use for debugging purposes.
