Do people on this forum are allowed to ask job offer.

Explanation:

I work freelance jobs to foreign companies or people.

So far I have worked for Sweden, Norway, the Australian and Netherlands firm.

This method is cheaper for business.

To me clients  send a sketch, description or photograph what they want.
I tell them that you can and for that time
I send them a in a format that they want
I work in the licensed CAD program

Whether in Germany there is this kind of work, please if you know a website,

Or your opinion (experience)
