Sehr geehrte Pro/INTRALINK-Gemeinde,
ich bin darauf hingewiesen worden, daß das Verschieben von Ordnern in Pro/INTRALINK mit Vorsicht zu genießen ist.
Hier ist der PTC-Tan 35 946, der das Problem nicht besser beschreiben könnte:
Product Pro/INTRALINK Module PRO/ADMIN Created 15-OCT-99 SPR 778320 Reported in Release: 1.2 Reported in Version: 1998288 Resolved in: Release 3.0 Resolved in: Version 2001021
Description
-----------
Checking In Items To A Folder That Was Recursively Moved Returns Non-Overidable Conflict Messages: "Invalid folder name for this object." and "Release level name, which is set for the object, does not belong to designated release scheme."
Although the Pro/ADMIN window and the Commonspace browser show that the folders were moved successfully and can check out items from this folder, the workspace will still show the same folder path.
Alternate Technique
-------------------
Avoid moving folder recursively. If the current folder structure is /Root Folder/Temp_1/1a/2a/3a, but the desired folder structure is /Root Folder/Temp_2/1a/2a/3a, then:
-Move 3a to /Root Folder/Temp_2.
-Move 2a to /Root Folder/Temp_2.
-Move 1a to /Root Folder/Temp_2.
-Move 2a to /Root Folder/Temp_2/1a.
-Move 3a to /Root Folder/Temp_2/1a/2a.
Resolution
----------
This issue is fixed in Pro/INTRALINK 3.0 Datecode 2001021.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen
Bernhard Veckes
