Ein  *hallo* an Alle!

Ich arbeite regelmäßig auf I-DEAS Version 8m4 im Master Drafting.
Wenn ich manchmal wieder etwas lösche oder neu aktualisieren möchte haut es mir 100te von Seiten mit dem folgenden Text in die I-DEAS List!

*** Interner Fehler in Methode posutil/posFactory::FetchObject
*** an Position 918: 1
*** Create Object failed
*** Interner Fehler in Methode posutil/posFactory::CreateCommandObject
*** an Position 561: 1
*** Could not Find Factory.

Warum macht er das?

Hat es etwas zu bedeuten?

Wenn SIe zu obiger Fehlermeldung in der EDS-Datenbank (http://uganswer.ugs.com) suchen, bekommen SIe einige Treffer. Da ich nicht genau weiss, was Sie löschen, sollten Sie selber mal in der Datenbank suchen. Einen möglichen Treffer finden Sie weiter unter. Ich habe mal einige Treffer überflogen. MAYBE FIXED IN 9 :-)

Description of Problem:

  Brief Desc: Internal errors after deleting views in a drawing
             

Open model file ViewDelete.mf*
(cannot qfile, so will send the file when PIR gets assigned)

Delete views "section A-A" and "Back" (the section and the left-most view on
the drawing).  Now do a save.
You will see the following internal errors repeated many times in the list
region.  The drawing seems to be okay, but why the errors???

Karen,
I tested this in 8m2 and saw the errors as you have described.
I tested then in IDEAS 9 and the problem no longer exists.
I am closing this as Fixed in 9.
