hallo ich habe ein problem mit lt 2000i.
beim drucken über den windows treiber auf den neuen hp dsignjet 500 42 passiert folgendes. lt2000i stürzt mit folgender fehlermeldung ab:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime error!
abnormal program termination

der paln wird ausgedruckt, aber das programm stürzt mir immer ab. als betriebssystem benutze ich windows 2000.

Die Meldung ist lange her, hat sich da schon etwas ergeben?
Ich habe ein ähnliches Problem, mit gleicher Meldung stüzt mein WIN2000 Server ebenfalls ab.

Mit Plotterkonfiguration ist da nix zu machen, immer wieder der Absturz.

Method #1

To turn off plot log file creation in the Autodesk software:

From the File menu, choose Plot.
In the Plot dialog box, under Plot Stamp, choose Settings.
In the Plot Stamp dialog box, choose Advanced.
In the Advanced Options dialog box, under Log File Location, clear the Create a Log File option.
Note: If you turn off the Plot Stamp in the Plot dialog box, the error will continue to occur. You must turn off plot logging.

Method #2

Contact Hewlett-Packard directly for instructions to disable smart spooling in the driver, which will stop the error from occurring. You can find worldwide support phone numbers and other contact information for HP on the HP Web site.
