First to all of you the best for 2017.

I have a Macbook Pro 2014 on which I have installed Parallels, and WIN7, WIN8 and WIN10. All EPLAN versions (incl EPLAN5) works perfect. With the app Duet I can use my iPad Pro as a second screen, and so I have everywhere a two-screen solution. This year I want to buy a new Macbook, but the new ones only have 4 USB-c ports, and till so far EPLAN has no intentions to provide customers with that type of dongle. Not because of EPLAN, but there supplier doesn't have them.
Can anyone of you tell me (100%) if I can expect problems, or does a adaptor from USB-a to USB-c causes some trouble?

USB-[Letter] is just the physical design of a USB-Port. For example A, B, C. The real difference ist between USB-[Number]. 1, 1.1, 2.0, 3.0. Not every USB-C is a USB-3, it can be a USB-2 too. USB-2 can be A, B or C. In my opinion you shouldn't have trouble by using a USB-A to a USB-C Adapter.
