First to all of you the best for 2017. I have a Macbook Pro 2014 on which I have installed Parallels, and WIN7, WIN8 and WIN10. All EPLAN versions (incl EPLAN5) works perfect. With the app Duet I can use my iPad Pro as a second screen, and so I have everywhere a two-screen solution. This year I want to buy a new Macbook, but the new ones only have 4 USB-c ports, and till so far EPLAN has no intentions to provide customers with that type of dongle. Not because of EPLAN, but there supplier doesn't have them.

USB-[Letter] is just the physical design of a USB-Port. For example A, B, C. The real difference ist between USB-[Number]. 1, 1.1, 2.0, 3.0. Not every USB-C is a USB-3, it can be a USB-2 too. USB-2 can be A, B or C. In my opinion you shouldn't have trouble by using a USB-A to a USB-C Adapter. [Diese Nachricht wurde von Wieselding am 01.
