Hi, you do have an option with the command _AECEXPORTTOAUTOCAD (that converts civil-specific elements to a new drawing with plain AutoCAD-geometry-types) or - second way - you can run the command _EXPLODE (I think you must use it twice) to get the alignment converted to polylines (with this way, your alignment will be destroyed, so be careful). After that you can use PEDIT with option 'JOIN' and connect the parts of the exploded alignment to one polyline. HTH, - alfred - ------------------ www.hollaus.at |

Hello! There is another simple way: Just use the command _offset, choose for example 10 meters, click on the alignment and choose a side of it. This creates a polyline and with the same offset back the polyline will be in the right place. The polyline will be created on the actual layer. The offset depends on the geometry of the alignment. In doubt choose a small offset-distance. Dietrich Eine Antwort auf diesen Beitrag verfassen (mit Zitat/Zitat des Beitrags) IP |

Another solution! Thanks for that too I wonder why Autodesk didn't implement feature to do with one click, I always need one polyline to transfer alignments in some bigger scale drawings for presentations and similar stuff.
