Ich habe ATV 2012 heruntergeladen und die Installallation gestartet, beim DirectX Runtime bricht das Programm ab mit folgendem Fehlerdetail.

Ich hab schon gegoogelt und Download undInstallation ohne Virenscanner versucht, aber immer bricht es ab.
Hat jemand eine Lösung dafür? - Der Autodesk Support leider nicht.

probier mal einen "Rechtsklick > Ausführen als... Administrator" auf den Installer.

falls das nicht hilft, ggf. MS DirectX vorher extra installieren.

Hallo Norbert,

vielen Dank, funktioniert leider alles nicht. Bricht an der selben Stelle ab mit der gleichen Meldung. Hab auch noch die Aktualität der anderen Treiber geprüft. Sind alle auf dem neuesten Stand.

Hab mir jetzt eDrawings runtergeladen, das funktioniert. Jetzt kann ich wenigstens meine Zeichnung ansehen, die ich bis Morgen kommentieren muss.
...da sagt man was zu auf die Schnelle und bleibt am Programm stundenlang hängen.

Nochmals danke für Deine Tipps.

naja, TrueView ist letztlich eine komplette AC 'Engine', daher auch dieselbe Mächtigkeit und Problematik der Installation einer 'full-blown' AC Version.

alternativ sei hier auch noch der neue, deutlich schmalere Teigha Viewer (ex EveryDWG) der OpenDesign Alliance erwähnt, welcher im übrigen auch für OSX (intelMac) und Linux (Ubuntu/Suse) erhältlich ist!

Gestern hat sich noch die Autodesk Helpline gemeldet. Habe zwar nun den DirectX Fehler beheben können, aber das Programm hängt sich trotzdem auf, der 1603 kommt weiterhin.

Da ich meine Zeichnung ansehen konnte, werde ich das darauf belassen.

Hier die gesamte Hilfestellung von Autodesk. Das Ändern der PREREQUISITE hat geholfen.

Typically the 1603 error has several potential solutions:

1. Microsoft Installer documentation lists that the 1603 indicates a resource needed by the installer is in use by another process. Often a reboot will stop this. Quitting background applications during the installation of an application is a best practice.

2. Bad media, dirty lens, bad optical drive or bad optical drive drivers can all cause this. If you downloaded the product and it extracted to the C:\Autodesk (or your designated) folder. This should not be the case. You can restart the installer from the Setup.exe without need to re-extract the installer from the download. If you are trying to install from the DVD copy the contents to a temp folder on the local hard drive. If there are several disks start with the first disk then copy additional disks, in order, into the same location and overwrite any files if asked.

3. Permissions are sometimes associated with this error. For Windows Vista and Windows 7 try disabling UAC. Make sure you are a Local Administrator. Sometimes a Domain Admin needs to be added to the Local Administrators group. Right-clicking the setup.exe and choosing to Run as Administrator may be necessary as well.

If it continues to fail please upload the DWGVIEWRInstall.log. This file can be found by typing %TEMP% from the Start menu or in the Address bar of Windows Explorer.

Please try the installation in diagnostics mode http://usa.autodesk.com/getdoc/id=TS75218

If it fails, please attach the verbose log from the temp folder (%TEMP%) http://support.microsoft.com/kb/223300

Alternatively try to run the DirectX setup manually from the DVD/the downloaded content.
Eg:-
Media\3rdParty\DirectX\DXSETUP.exe

If the manual directx setup is successful you could try to disable this in the setup.ini (you will need the local disk copy of DVD)

Find the line similar to the following in setup.ini (root of Media):
PREREQUISITE=IE;SSE2;DOTNET20;DOTNET4;DOTNET4LANG;VCREDIST2008SP1X86;VCREDIST2008SP1X64;DIRECTX;FaroSDK;MSXML6;WMF95X64;CM2012;CMILB2012;SNAP_PRE

replace it with

PREREQUISITE=IE;SSE2;DOTNET20;DOTNET4;DOTNET4LANG;VCREDIST2008SP1X86;VCREDIST2008SP1X64;FaroSDK;MSXML6;WMF95X64;CM2012;CMILB2012;SNAP_PRE

Hallo!

Versuch mal die Installation der All-in-One-Runtimes. Zu finden unter www.computerbase.de.  Es werden alle fehlenden Programme von DirectX über Java bis hin zu .NET geprüft und bei Bedarf installiert.
Bei scheiterte die Installation an fehlenden .NET 4 Komponenten.
