kann jemand mir sagen wie ich eine kugel frasen kann in catia v5 r17
kugel ist 360 rund

es gelingt mir einfach nicht uberhaupt eine teil zu frasen

Hallo!

Frage hierzu: Was genau meinst Du mit Kugel fräsen?

- Willst Du eine komplette Kugel aussen fräsen/unten spannen mitsamt dem Hinterschnitt
- Willst Du nur bis zur Hälfte die Kugel aussen fräsen (ohne den Hinterschnitt
- Willst Du eine Halbkugel innen fräsen (also eine Vertiefung in eine Platte etc.)

Vielleicht kannst Du ja ein Bild Deiner Konstruktion anhängen - ich denke dann wird's gleich klarer...

es  einfach nicht das zu definieren im catia

yes i do
i want to mill a ball that is grounded to the milling machine  by screw tread in the center
then i want to mill first one side all the way  we stat with a cube
then when i am ready the other side
but i cannot define it in the module 

its  seems impossible to do

do you see a way to do this?  ,would be very gratefull
sorry for my bad writing on english and german
altough i can speak it writing is something else

My English is not very good too - but I think I've understood your problems.

Look at the attachment.
"Bild_1" and "Bild_2" belong together.
"Bild_3" and "Bild_4" belong together.

i am really getting grazy
follow me i do the same as you martin
busy with it a day
still got the same error

its says the part is the same as context (in  preview)

and on icon  can not calc part check parameters
what am i doing wrong?
changed axes and all no change,do tons of differant things same error

again  i did the same as you
but got the same  error
"part to machine and context are indentical
please change one of them"

i really do not know what i do wrong and what i should change

its weird

also cannot find it in  help file
well worked the whole weekend on this ¨problem  cannot figure out waht i am doing wrong meaby you martin?

thanks for all the help ,i think the problem was i klick at the wrong position in the tree
i can now make the program

well i try to get things working on technologie things now,and try go get things machined in parts  when i have a long part
so if i can i will get baack to you if i may?
and try to write german again
