This is a survey for informational purpose.

If you keep your workcoordinate at the same corner you may have Z+ numbers
instead of Z-. Or in other words, is your coordinate system always at the top
of the part. I have seen both 'styles' and know, that there are pro's and
con's to program from the top down or bottom up (Vertical and Horizontal).
Some operators prefer Z- numbers over Z+.

I would like to know who is programming everything top down or who does use
Z+ numbers.

Hello TONY!

Usually we're using Z-numbers - our NC-Coordinate-System is on top of the part.
(But by "TOOL CHANGE" or between the processes the tool is going to Z+ Coordinates.)
