Once more please forgive me for writing in English.

I have a problem with CATIA documents (Part) checked-in by Web Editor. This operation seems to be performed OK, but when I try to access this document (in order to check-out or even view it), I obtain message:

Error No: 00571
Internal operation code GET FAILED on the vault server. Please check the reason for this failure on vault server at '\\COMPUTER_NAME'

This happens only with CATIA documents checked-in by Web Editor. Others (like text, Word, etc.) work well. The file is transferred to the vault (I checked it - the file is in Checked-In directory with the name changed according to SmarTeam mechanisms).
